Yes. We can erase at your location, but also in our workshop. Indicate your preference in your request. We agree the quantities, required facilities, access and planning in advance.

Some organisations want devices containing confidential data to leave their location only after the data has been erased. This can stem from internal privacy and security policy or agreements with clients. On-site erasure keeps the equipment within your own environment until that moment and allows supervision by your own contact person.

Yes. We work with Blancco and erase according to NIST guidelines. After a successful erasure you receive a Blancco erasure certificate with the identification details, the erasure method applied and the result. The certificates are viewable per machine.

Make sure you have stored the data you want to keep elsewhere. Also mention locks and agree who gives permission for the erasure.

A defective storage medium may not be erasable via the usual method. We record when erasure has not succeeded and discuss the next step with you. You will then not receive confirmation that this drive has been successfully erased.

Yes, indicate in the collection request that data erasure is needed. We can agree that the erasure takes place at your location before the devices are taken away. We include the execution and reporting per machine in the proposal.
