What are the benefits of refurbished hardware for a company?

Can my company order several devices at once?

Yes. We supply companies, schools, healthcare institutions and governments. Whether you need 5 or 500 devices — we draw up a custom quote with, if desired, staged delivery and volume discounts.

Will I receive an invoice with VAT details?

Yes, business customers always receive a full invoice with VAT specification. The hardware is fully deductible as a business asset within Dutch tax rules.

Can I order devices with Windows 11 Pro?

Yes. All our business devices are delivered as standard with an official Windows 11 Pro licence. This offers business features such as BitLocker encryption, Remote Desktop and Active Directory integration.

Which type of device is most suitable for business use?

For business use we recommend business lines such as the Lenovo ThinkPad, HP EliteBook or Dell Latitude. These are built for intensive daily use, have longer factory support and offer extra security options.

Are there special rates for schools or healthcare institutions?

How does the warranty work for business customers?

All devices are delivered with at least 12 months of warranty. In case of defects we arrange replacement or repair. For large accounts additional service agreements (e.g. next business day) are possible.

Are refurbished devices safe to use in a business network?

Yes. All devices are completely erased according to the NIST standard, including a clean OS installation. There is no data from previous users present. The devices are immediately suitable for use in business networks and security software.

Has maintenance been carried out before a device is sold again?

Yes, every device goes through a full service before it is ready for a new round. We check and clean the internal components, replace parts where necessary, and specifically test the battery condition and capacity. Many companies do not replace their equipment because the hardware is worn out, but because of internal privacy or replacement policy after a certain lease period.
