We deliver the laptops with Windows 11 Pro as standard. On request, Windows 10 or Linux is possible. We can also arrange Microsoft Office licences. Another operating system and additional software are optional choices; we agree the possibilities and any extra costs with you in advance.

Contact us if a laptop breaks down during the rental period. You will be sent a replacement laptop. We agree with you how the defective device is returned.

Report damage as soon as possible. We discuss what happened and how we can help you further. The agreements on liability, any costs and the deposit are in your rental agreement.

That is possible if you are already a customer and have an active rental agreement with us. For an extra laptop, contact us directly on 075 75 72 675 or [email protected]. For a new rental agreement a minimum of ten laptops applies. We do not accept new requests for fewer than ten devices; the form below is therefore set up for requests from ten units.

Yes, when renting you pay a deposit. The amount and the agreements on payment, refund and any settlements are recorded in advance in your rental proposal and contract. That way you know where you stand before the rental starts.

Contact us before the end of your rental period if you need the laptops for longer. We discuss availability, costs and a new end date. An extension only takes effect after we have agreed on it together.

Indicate whether you need, for example, docking stations, monitors or Microsoft Office. We look at what is possible and include the agreed accessories, licences and any installation separately in the proposal.

In advance we agree the delivery date, delivery address and return procedure. We also record which accessories you must return at the end of the rental and which arrangements apply to packaging and shipping costs.

Make a backup of files you want to keep and collect the supplied accessories. Follow the agreed return instructions. Does your organisation use device management or account locks? Then agree in advance with your IT colleagues and us what is needed for the handover.

After return we erase your data according to the NIST standard. You receive an erasure proof of this. Make a backup of files you want to keep before returning.
