You can come to us for various technical problems, which may involve hardware or software issues. We can provide support if we have the right parts in stock. If they are in stock, it often takes 2 working days before we can replace them. If we do not have them in stock, we will consult with you.
How does it work? You submit a repair request with us. You will receive an email with an ORD number, which also serves as the reference for your repair request. You write this reference number on the box, together with a notepad sheet. As soon as we have received the laptop, we will send you an email to let you know that the laptop has arrived with us.

Yes, unfortunately. If we have to work on the problem for longer than 15 minutes, we charge inspection costs of €29.
